 Andrea Martyr Administrative Director Human Resources Andrea graduated in 2000 from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Art in Linguistics. Her previous experience covers a wide range of fields, which prepared her for the demands of supervising all facets of the administrative department of BIG FUN. In addition to working as a substitute teacher in Austin, Texas, Andrea also gained valuable experience in marketing and management during her stints at a property management company and at an online international manufacturing and distribution company. Andrea joined BIG FUN in September 2002 both as a recreational instructor and in an administrative capacity. After becoming the first fulltime office staff member to work for the upstart company, Andrea quickly moved to fill the position of Administrative Director, taking over responsibilities such as billing, payroll, training new staff members on administrative policies and procedures, and supervising office staff. She has continually taken on additional duties and delegated others, proving her ability to multi-task, prioritize, and effectively lead the administrative branch of BIG FUN. Close Window |
